What happens in December

December is finally here, and of course we have lots of extra things on the program!

On Saturday, December 2, Polaria turns 25 years old, and on this occasion we have the same admission price as when we opened in 1998! It costs only 70kr for adults and 35kr for children this Saturday.

Throughout December, we have a Christmas bus that is suitable for both young and old.
OnSaturday, December 2, Sunday, December 3, as well as December 10, 17 and 23, we will draw a lucky winner of an underwater SELfie. The winner will be drawn and called before 14:00 by our reception staff, and the winner will be accompanied by an aquarium employee to the classroom on the liner.

On December 22 - January 2, we will run an extra Seal-feeding every day at 14:00, in addition to the other feedings at 10:30, 12:30 and 15:30.
We will also stand "In Fjæra" (the old classroom at the back of the aquarium) these days from 11:00 - 12:00 and tell about the animals that live in the shore.

December 24 and December 28, we have fish feeding at Tromsøflaket (the large aquarium tank by the seltunnel) at 12:00
